Job Description:

Pump It Up, Pump Service, Inc. has established a solid reputation as being a leading provider of residential water well pump services in the State of Arizona since 2001.

Pump It Up is seeking a pump installer/service technician to work with our team of technicians to install, service, repair, and troubleshoot water well systems for our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess mechanical know-how, trustworthiness, excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism, and first-rate customer service. We are looking for someone who is quality minded, energetic, outgoing, and a team player. Previous mechanical or plumbing experience is preferred, and candidates with a background working outdoors are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Install water well pump systems and equipment
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Communicate findings with the customer
• Prepare quotes and invoices in the field

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle physical workload in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Independent thinker who is well organized and able to take direction quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, often with minimal supervision
