Pump It Up, Pump Service, Inc. has established a solid reputation for being a leading provider of residential water well pump services in the State of Arizona since 2001.
Pump It Up is seeking a pump installer/service technician who will work with our team of technicians to install, service, repair, and troubleshoot water well systems for our customers. We offer competitive wages within the industry.
The technician should possess mechanical know-how, trustworthiness, excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism, and first-rate customer service. The ideal technician will be quality-minded, energetic, outgoing, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Install water well pump systems and equipment
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Communicate findings with the customer
- Prepare quotes and invoices in the field
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload (inside and outside environment)
- Mechanical skills
- Problem solver
- Self-thinker
- Well organized, flexible and able to take direction quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Ability to work for a team effectively and efficiently with often minimal supervision
